Diaper Rash grew out of years of getting diapers into the hands of military families. That work started in 2020. In May 2026 it crystallized into something specific: a conversation about a sponsor-backed diaper subscription built for the way military families actually live. This site is the straight-talk side of that work. Diapers, pull-ups, moves, deployments, potty training, and the 2am questions nobody warns you about. No fluff. Written for families who figure it out anyway.
