About Diaper Rash

I'm Tiffany Orner. I served in the U.S. Air Force in Logistics Readiness, I'm a military spouse, and I come from a third-generation military family. Moving, deploying, and raising kids through all of it is not a concept to me. It is my life.

Diaper Rash grew out of years of getting diapers into the hands of military families. That work started in 2020. Diapers are not covered by WIC or SNAP, a pack costs a family real money every month, and military families carry that load while moving every couple of years and parenting through deployments. Nobody was writing about the diaper and pull-up part in plain language, for us. So I started.

What this site is

Straight talk for military families. Every post answers one real question and cites a real source: the American Academy of Pediatrics, the USDA, the VA, Congress. No fluff, no stock-photo gloss, no AI filler. When you see a photo here, it is a real event I was actually at. That is on purpose.

Why I do it this way

I run a firm called The TO Agency, built on one idea: brands and communities grow through trust, not transactions. People do not want to be marketed at. They want to be helped, consistently, by someone who shows up. This site is that idea pointed at the one thing every new parent needs and nobody talks about honestly.

What is coming
